The apartment, split over two levels, formally used as a governesses living space for a country house. The views are beautiful with the living room getting the sun all day. An English countryside gem with comfy beds & White Company bedding. It has it's own entrance & parking for two cars. The apartment has its own kitchen with washer/dryer & fridge freezer. Situated on the edge of the Peak District and walking distance to the Churnet Valley. The closest pub is a mile walk away. The apartment is colourful, light and newly decorated with a mixture of old and new furniture. All fixtures, fittings and appliances are new as of 2021. The apartment is heated using our carbon neutral heating system. We burn wood chip grown on the estate. The' Apartment is self-check-in. However, if we are available, we can also help you settle in within the hours of 3 PM and 10 PM, just message us via Airbnb to arrange a time. A small hamlet of cottages and old farm houses on the top of a hill, a stones throw from the Churnet Valley Nature Reserve and on the edge of the Peak District. We can provide locked storage for bikes. There are two car parking spaces.
