Enjoy the crystal clear sea water of Aigeira but in a less crowded beach in just few steps from your door, while staying in a modern, spacious and bright house within a big estate of lemon trees. Dine in the sea front balcony during sunset and enjoy the different colours of nature. The house is in the middle of a big estate with lemon trees just in front of the sea. It has large windows to allow the sea view to be visible from almost every point within the house. There is a large balcony but also a back yard for you to choose where you would like to spend your day. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with big double beds & 1 with two single beds). One bedroom is ensuite while the other two share a bathroom. The kitchen separates the ensuite bedroom with the other two bedrooms allowing for some privacy. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and connected with the living room (fireplace & TV) and the indoors dinning table. There are stairs taking you directly from your door to the sea, while free wifi and parking are provided. The neighbourhood has few villas within big private estates so there is no direct contact with them while parking is provided on a private for the house road.
