Private Cottage w/Kitchen & Bath

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our place is a private, stand-alone building separate from our house, and is cleaned thoroughly between guests including disinfecting all hard surfaces. We like meeting our guests, but will implement a Self Check-In process through Decemb (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Private cottage with full kitchen and bath in Suffern, NY. Quick walk to train & bus to NYC. Right off I-87, I-287 (NY & NJ), & NJ Rt. 17. Close to shopping & local restaurants. Off-Street parking & outdoor picnic area. Close to Harriman State Park, Rockland Lake State Park, and Sterling Forest for hiking; only a 30 minute drive to Bear Mountain. Walk to Lafayette Ave in town for restaurants, antiques, & boutiques, and movie theater. Only a few blocks from NJ border; 15 minutes from Paramus NJ, & Palisades Mall in West Nyack, NY. Minutes away from Ramapo College & Rockland Community College. Full access to all room in private cottage. Guests can use outdoor picnic table and backyard when not in use by owner. No access to Washer & Dryer. Laundromat is nearby. Our home is right in front of cottage if you need any assistance. A short walk to the train station, near buses into NYC, and plenty of local restaurants & shops. Our house is only a short walk from the Suffern Train Station. The NJ Transit train runs behind our back yard, about 100 to 150 feet from the Cottage. It does not run frequently, especially at night, and we honestly don't notice it much. Since it might bother some people, please be aware of it before you submit your request for a stay.
