The house is ideal for a quiet holiday away from the city. It is a part of a residence complex and has a large courtyard with a beautifull gazebo and a barbecue. Nearby (about 2 km) is located Kato Lechonia village where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and other shops to satisfy your every need. Also the house is just 250 meters from the beach, with a couple of beach bars to relax. Finally, if you have your own car, you can visit all the beaches of south-eastern Pelion in a short time. The house is part of a residence complex. The complex has 2 individual houses with a common large courtyard. Also there is a private parking for every guest. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect for family holidays. Guests can use the barbecue at any time as well as the parking and everything else in the house. i can provide whatever you need and help you organise your holidays while staying at my house. Also i can meet you at a central point and show you the way to my house, so you dont need to worry about getting lost It is a quiet neighborhood as there are few houses in the surrounding area. Nearby there is a beach with a couple of beach bars. Its not very crowded and you can reach it on foot. There is no publinc tranport near the house. The best way to reach there is by car so you can be autonomous and visit Pelion and other beaches nearby
