we rent our lovely house (old farmhouse fully renovated in 2015/2016) of 300 m²). It is located among pine trees on a plot of 2 ha. The terrace (60 sqm, outdoor living room + dining table) is south facing with views of the pine trees, The pool is under construction (12m by 6m) and will be completed in early June (see map in photo). Ground floor : - The "Star Chamber" 1 double bed 160x200 + ensuite bathroom (large bath, heated towel rail, 2 basins + 1 toilet) - The "Jungle Room": 1 double bed 160x200 + ensuite bathroom (large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, 2 basins) - 1 separate toilet - 1 living room "winter" (piano, fireplace, armchairs, hérial view) - 1 living room "Summer" (sofas, armchairs, TV, bibliothèqe, forest view) - 1 large kitchen - 1 large dining room (table for 12) Floor: - The "Zen Room": room with 2 beds of 80x200cm (one double bed or two single beds) - The "House of cabbage ptits" very large nursery with 4 single beds - The "yellow bathroom" (2 + 1 basins hairdryer, towel) - "Chamber Leopold" small room with a cot + shower room communicating (1 basin + 1 shower) - 1 separate toilet - the rooms and bathrooms overlook a large room / playroom. The land is very large, many walks in the pines from the house, bike paths in the area, beaches at 10 km and Hossegor is less than 30 minutes!
