Beautiful cottage in mountain area

Our beautiful, charming cottage has a magnificent view and a surrounding garden. It has recently been completely renovated. Including a Wifi-connection and satellite TV. Suitable for 6 persons. Possibly max. 8 people. Enjoyable in all seasons! Our rental rates include a 'cleaning surcharge', which includes: - use of electricity and water; - use of bed clothes and towels; - costs for final cleaning. Our beautiful cottage of approx. 90m2 has been completely renovated and redecorated with new furniture in the recent years. The cottage has got electric heating and a woodstove/fireplace. A fast Wifi-connection is available and there is satellite TV. The smart TV includes Netlix (please use your own account to log in). Layout: On the ground floor you’ll find the entrance, a new bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet, two sinks and a washing machine. The living room is furnished with a three seater sofa, armchair, coffeetable, fireplace and TV. The dining area features a new kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooker and oven. There is also a coffeemachine, water boiler and toaster. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also an additional sofa bed downstairs. The top floor has two bedrooms furnished. The master bedroom has a 2-bed and two single beds. The smaller bedroom also has two single beds. The cottage is situated in a beautiful area on the border between the Iron Mountains and the Giant Mountains in Northern Bohemia. The cottage is located on a slope, from which you have beautiful, large, green garden around the house and views of the picturesque mountain scenery in the area. In the village Velké Hamry you’ll find supermarket and bakery. In the neighboring village Tanvald, 5 min. away by car, there are 3 large supermarkets and lots of shops. There are also several restaurants in the area where you can eat and drink very good (and cheap!). Guests have access to all rooms in the house, including the sheds. There are two sheds in the garden which include garden furniture and logs for the stove. Because we do not live permanently in the Czech Republic, our cottage is run by a key manager, who will provide the keys on arrival and departure, and do the final cleaning. Because of the magnificent (protected) nature of the Iron Mountains and the Giant Mountains, this area is ideal for various activities and outings, in both summer and winter, with or without children. A visit to the larger cities, such as Liberec and Jablonec Nad Nisou, is advisable. Even a trip to Prague is very easy to do (about 1 hour drive) and very enjoyable. In the summer there are many sightseeing trips to be made, for example to the beautiful villages and castles in the area. The area is very suitable for short and long walks through the beautiful mountain scenery. Also, golf and cycling is very popular in this area. The Iron & Giant Mountains are ideal areas to enjoy wintersports in the winter. In the nearby village Tanvald lies a beautiful skiing area with long slopes. About half an hour away are the larger resorts of Harachov and Rockytnice nad Jizerou. The largest skiing areas Spindleruv Mlyn and Pec pod Snezkou are about a 1 hour drive away. The cottage is best reached by car. There is parking space next to the cottage. In winter it is only possible to park along the road. The village Velké Hamry is attainable by train from the major cities. Use of bed linen and towels is included.
