There are a main bedroom with king size bed and another one with a double bed, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, private patio areas, mountain bikes and one safe, private parking space for your car. ☻ Fast WiFi (up to 24 Mbps), ☻ Ground floor (no climbing stairs), ☻ Clean, safe and quite, ☻ Central heated with a timer (For the winter period, there is a prescheduled timer for the heating), ☻ Cool enough (during the hot ones), ☻ Mosquito window/door nets, ☻ Two private patio areas facing your greenery yard, ☻ Washing and drying clothes area, ☻ Mountain bikes, beach umbrellas, ☻ Self check in/out. LIVING ROOM : ☻ 2 sleeping couches (1.80x0.60m each) ☻ TV + coffee table, ☻ First aid kit + steam iron. KITCHEN: ☻ All the essentials (and even more) for long term stays, ☻ Fridge + electric stove with oven for heating and cooking + microwave, ☻ Filter coffee machine + water heater, ☻ Cooking pans + dishware, ☻ Table (work on laptop) + chairs. LOCATION: - 50 min. drive from Volos, - 20 min. drive from beautiful beaches, - 10 min. on foot from restaurants, shops, pharmacies, super market. Everybody in the area visits our village to access all kind of shops (daily food supplies and groceries, street market, butchers, restaurants, coffee, bakeries, gas stations, dry cleaning, barber shop, household and beach items, souvenirs etc.), all sort of services (notary, post office, atm, photocopies, real estate, pharmacies, dentist, veterinary etc.) and the only ones super market and medical center in the area. Argalasti is geographically placed ideally in the middle for visiting the beaches at the Aegean sea (Potistika, Paltsi), the beaches in Pagasetic gulf (Afissos, Lefokastro, Kalamos, Horto, Milina, Trikeri), mountain villages (Laukos, Neochwri, Siki), or even making a day trip to North Pelion (Milies, Vizitsa, Tsagkarada, Ag. Ioannis). Our house offers a tranquil and friendly environment, a Greek hospitality that you must experience! Its strategic location makes it the perfect hub to explore the area and never feel isolate or with lack of options.
