Cosy wooden chalet in peaceful Wexford countryside

Darabeg Chalet is a unique space located just a few minutes drive from Wexford town and a stone's throw from the stunning Johnstown Castle Estate and Gardens. It is a cosy, stylish cabin that is in an ideal place for those hoping to explore the beauty and rich history of south county Wexford. We are excited to welcome visitors to our lovely chalet which is in the centre of our large garden. We love to meet new people and are always happy to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. This is a lovely wooden chalet with one full ensuite bedroom and a loft space with a double mattress accessible by steps from the living room, this is not suitable for small children. The loft is not a full height space but is a relaxing place to read and chill out. I would be delighted to provide recommendations to guests during their stay, or help out with anything in the house. We are within 1km of Johnstown Castle and Rathaspeck Manor & Golf Course. You can get to Wexford town in just seven minutes by car, and Rosslare beach & harbour in fifteen. All the beautiful beaches and historic sites of south county wexford can be reached within 40 minutes drive, including Hook Head, Dunbrody Abbey, Kilmore Quay, the National Heritage Park, Tintern Abbey and many more. A car is essential for getting around, and parking is available at our house.
