Self Contained at the cost of shared space.

Neutrally decorated self contained Studio great for the local area and close links to M42 & M1. Coalville is a Two mile walk to the town and there's a local shop next door. The property and main building does have areas where we are working on finishing touches so please be aware of this when booking and PARTICULARLY when reviewing, this is reflected in the low cost of the space. (The star system from airbnb blocks the listing if you don't meet above 4* constantly) We offer a comfortable but budget studio. Our Sun room has a double sofa bed which is comfortable and clean. There is full use of a kitchen and toilet which has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and small electric hob. The Sun Lounge has a TV and wifi (the building is heavily insulated so is temperamental). The main Lounge 3m x 5m has the corner bed settee with memory foam mattress topper for comfort. We work in the building during the day but this does have a separate access . We do have dogs which are around in the garden but unless the door is left open they cannot access the building. Fully self contained, own entrance, toilet, lounge with bed settee. Use of shower We work in the office next to the studio and are usually available all the time. We live in a quiet village surrounded by countryside and great walks. We are very well located with access to the M1, 5 Miles, M42 10 miles and East midlands airport 10 miles. Coalville is 2 miles from the property. There is ample parking and we are pet friendly. Please be conscious when reviewing the guidelines of airbnb.
