The home offers large entertaining areas inside and out, BBQ area, outside heated pool (Summer months only) and parking for 2 cars. The master suite offers a dressing room and ensuite bathroom. The family bathroom has a shower and roll top bath. Not available for hen/stag visits. The property consists of large kitchen/diner, lounge, conservatory, large garden with dining table, bbq and family seating, a heated pool (Summer months only) and a small gym. Parking available on drive for 2 cars and off road parking is available in surrounding area. Close to major roads including M3, A27. Close to Bedhampton railway station and bus routes The house is set in the small village of Bedhampton which is a 15 min drive from the centre of Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays and the historic dockyard and seafront. Bedhampton train station is a 10 min walk from the house which is also situated close to the M3 and M27 giving you easy access to the South Coast attractions. An excellent base for sight seeing. The village has a Beefeater restaurant, fish & chip shop, pub and indian restaurant with all the major supermarkets within 5 min driving distance. Parking is at the rear of the property on Portsdown Hill Road. (Infront of green garage) Although the swimming pool is decommissioned during the Winter months (October to March) for an additional £50 a day per stay it can be heated and opened on request
