Ridge Farm-The Farmhouse is a beautiful late 16th century that has grown over the centuries without losing any of its character, with its 12 bedrooms-perfect for a family/group holiday. The hire also includes exclusive use of the 14 acres of gardens and woodland, flood lit tennis court and an indoor leisure complex with heated swimming pool, sauna & hot tub. Guests will be charged utilities for their stay-approx costing can be given in advance upon request Parties and events are not allowed Free Fibre wifi Pool house with heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Tennis Court The owner does live on-site in a separate dwelling and is at hand if needed and to maintain the hygiene of the pool Approx 10 min drive to nearest towns Horsham & Dorking where there are plenty of restaurants, shops etc. Approx 20min drive to Gatwick Airport Taxi or Car to nearest town Meters are read before arrival and after departure and you are charged only for what is used during your stay. This will be charged out of your security deposit via Air BnB/resolution centre We are currently only accepting Family bookings
