Guests have access to the whole property and access down to the lake through the field. Meet and greet on arrival. Arrange for your supermarket order to be delivered and put away on the day of your arrival. Catering options can be pre-arranged. The earlier the notice the better. The property is set on the edge of the Peak District just 3 miles from the lovely market town of Leek. with Alton Towers just 15 miles away. The spa town of Buxton 15miles, Bakewell & Chatsworth 26 miles. Trafford Centre/Old Trafford/Etihad/ Manchester just 30 miles away. From the house you can walk around Rudyard Lake approx 1.5 hours. The walk along the old railway track to the Royal Oak Pub Takes about 25mins, 10mins on a bike, you don’t have to go on the road at all. The Market town of Leek with its many Antique Shops is just a short 5min drive away. It is possible to cycle into Leek without having to go on any main roads, the old railway Track runs along the side of the lake all the way into leek. Lakeview accommodates 10 guests only. •A returnable Deposit of £1,500 needs to be made prior to arrival and will be returned within 24 hours after departure subject to no breakages or damage to property. We do monitor the number of vehicles arriving at the property. We provide each guests with fresh towels and hand soap. Separate towels for the hot tub need to be self provided. New Year bookings are for a minimum of 5 nights running from the 29th December.
