It has a lovely open plan sitting room and kitchen. Winchester is steeped in history, particularly around the Cathedral and College. The thriving city centre has a variety of shops, restaurants and cultural amenities including a theatre, cinema and sports centre. This two double bedroom flat is on the second floor with lift access. You will have full access to the entire flat with free wifi throughout. You're close to the city but not too close to be disturbed by pubs or clubs. A great place from which to explore Winchester or go further afield. There is a long term car park across the road. The flat has a built in cooker, hob, washing machine/dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a separate microwave and toaster. You will have fresh towels, tea, coffee and milk available on your arrival. There is a post office across the street and a small co-op a few minutes away. As you come out of the flat and turn right, you will see the Great Hall (housing King Arthur's round table) across the road. If you walk down the hill, you will have an amazing view of the main street through Winchester, leading down to King Alfred's statute at the bottom. Winchester cathedral and Winchester college are an easy walk from the flat. There is so much to see if a relatively small city and plenty of walks in and around Winchester. There are plenty of gorgeous cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as some excellent pubs. You will have the use of the whole flat. I will meet you on arrival and give you two sets of keys for the flat. I live about 15 minutes away and am always happy to help or give guidance if needed. If you have done enough walking, then there is a bus stop right outside the flat which will take you in to the city and back again. If you want to travel further afield then it will only take a few minutes to access the M3, A34 and A31 by car or to walk to Winchester train station.
