Wonderful villa with a sea view: Villa Federigo

The villa consists of two completely independent units (ground floor and first floor).The accommodation has a wonderful view of the beach. All the bedrooms, except the one with bunk beds, have a view of the sea. The geographical context is ideal. The natural park at 300 m away is reachable on foot or by bicycle until Ansedonia. Two bicycle paths take you to Orbetello and Ercole harbour. The sandy beach is 6 km long. Immediately below the house, there are beach resorts. The rest of the beach is accessible to the public and it is reachable by bicycle or on foot by crossing the natural park or walking by the water's edge. The house is located in a beautiful area. The Natural Park is only 300 metres away, it is the pinewood shown in the picture. There are bicycle paths or footpaths leading towards Orbetello, Porto Ercole and Ansedonia (crossing the park). A private beach with umbrellas, deckchairs, games and activities for children, sailing, windsurfing, and much more is located just below the house. Apart from this beach, there is a long free beach which can be reached either by bike or on foot.
