Weber Charcoal BBQ ( all you need to get you started provided) Every bedroom has a “Dolce Gusto “coffee/ cappuccino/ /tea /hot chocolate machine along with creamers/milk/white/brown sugar provided. All bedrooms have large built in Lit wardrobe space with dressing table/mirror. 1x Hair dryer provided Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor has a smart TV 32 inch, bedroom 2, 2nd floor has a 32 inch TV, bedroom 3, 2nd floor has a smart TV 24 inch. All bedrooms have USB power points next to the bed with individually controlled overhead reading lights. Lounge has been updated with an easier to use 43 inch Smart TV, Apple TV and Playstation 4 with a range of games and is able to play DVD's and blue Ray disks . Electric flame heater in the lounge. Dedicated PC/reading area in the fully glazed Garden room ( Roof blinds can be pulled if it gets a bit Hot ) with Amazon Alexa, good fun if the weather is bad and you feel like asking world changing questions. 32 Inch Smart TV. Fairford is a classic quaint village but has all you need to make for a comfortable stay. Londis 6:30AM - 10PM you can walk to and a co-op convenience store a couple of minutes walk. Don't feel like cooking?, Indian, Chinese, kebabs, Fish and chips, pizza, restaurant or pub grub is only a short walk from the house. Too tired for even that, Indian and Pizza delivery available. You also have to check out the Post Office Cafe, cakes and patisseries, awesome! There is a local street market every Wednesday. We are 5 minutes drive from The lakes ( all 140 of them and counting) offering countless water based activities including Water Skiing / sailing/swimming. A dedicated doggy swimming beach ! ). 15 minutes drive either way will take you to the gorgeous Capital of the Cotswolds, Cirencester or Swindon outlet village is definitely worth a look. Fairford is a great base to explore the British countryside at its best. Lechlade on Thames is also a 5 minute drive with pubs and Antique Shops. Doggy friendly was our aim from day one, as owners of 2 mad spaniels we know how important it is that the (Fur babies) can come too. Please bear in mind , it is a Cottage Garden so it's not going to suit more than 1 large breed but a couple of spaniels is about the max. Just please respect the same house rules i'm sure you apply to your own home.
