Surrounded by the tranquility, it offers in the immediate vicinity, 2 minutes on foot, a grocery store, a mechanic, a bar, hairdressers and along the road for about 15 minutes by car, you reach the splendid city of Pesaro. La Villetta recently restored, embellished with exposed wooden beams and terracotta flooring is developed on 2 floors with, on the ground floor: living room, hall, large kitchen, dressing room and bathroom with shower and washing machine; on the second floor instead, 2 double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. To communicate the two floors there is an internal wooden staircase but, as can be seen from the photos, we also kept the very old external staircase that belonged to the house already at the time of construction. The dark windows of the windows and of the large windows were those of the time, ancient, restructured too, but without distorting their form. The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden, ideal for children to play safely and if you are in the company of your dog you will not have space problems. Tastefully decorated, you can find some antique furniture. Sometimes we renew the furniture and move it, here and there, to the house. Upon your arrival you may find a piece of furniture instead of another or different chairs etc. We like to change often :) Even if there is another villa behind the house, all the rooms open their windows towards the wide countryside and the garden. Quiet and privacy are assured. In the house there is air conditioning and the wifi is satellite type. The wifi is not amplified in all areas of the house, external and internal, as, being a historic house, the walls are very thick. for now it has always been 100% working in case of bad weather it could have difficulties. STAY RULES - people not declared at the time of booking cannot be accommodated - animals should not be left alone, neither at home, nor outside. extra animals € 35 - bring the health book and be up to date with vaccines and pesticides. It is a good civil rule not to pick up the animals on beds and sofas, we ask you to procure suitable covering sheets. - we have not included cleaning costs in the price. we leave the choice up to you, when you check out the house must be left clean, or you can do it yourself, or a domestic worker will do it for you, in this case the cleaning costs will have to be paid upon check out € 100 (but at least let us know a couple of days before so we can warn you, thanks) - obligatory for the Italian law the communication of the data to the police headquarters and the signing of the contract. After booking we will send you the contract to be signed and you must send it back to us by email with all the guests' identity documents attached. (the contract is in Italian, for the translation you can use an online translator) - unfortunately, for work reasons, we do not have flexible check-in and check-out times, check in from 4pm to 5pm check out 9.00 am - a copy of keys and remote control will be delivered, in case of loss the replacement cost is € 180 - for all damages suffered and caused by guests, the person who made the booking and his guests is solely responsible for them. - In case of damage, the guest is obliged to pay compensation upon check out or contact the competent authorities.
