Familyfriendly house directly by the sea

House to rent with fantastic view and the sea (Öresund) literally just outside the door. The house was compeletely renovated a few years ago and has 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen, living room, dining area with seaview, 2 bathrooms, kids playroom and own fenced garden. The house located right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village Gamla (Old) Lerberget. It was completely rebuilt in 2012 to a high standard. Please note no linen nor towels are included so guests need to bring their own. Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Parking is just outside the house. Little interaction, only when handling over keys or if problems. There are lots of activities around with swimming and fantastic nature. Here are a few recommendations: - A few mins walk to the family friendly beach and harbour. Also bathing facilities at the pier in Lerberget. - Playground by the beach - During summer Herring Barbecue in Lerberget harbour every Friday - Buy your breakfast bread at the Bakery in Viken, Konditori Öresund opens at 7:30 in the morning, (at the back) i Viken - Kvickbadet “City beach” in Höganäs – excellent for children - Food - ICA Kvantum by the first roundabout in Höganäs open every day 8-22. - Magasin 36 in Höganäs - café and shopping - Hembygdsgården in Ängelholm – great playground for children - Mölle/Kullaberg – Swimming, golf, nature walks Direct train from Copenhagen airport to Helsingborg (approx 1 hr) alt. Ängelholm airport 30 mins from Lerberget Pendeln (bus) from Helsingborg 30 mins Helsingborg - Lerberget approx 25 kms Closest city Höganäs 5 mins in car We really love this house ourselves and hope you will do as well! Please note that unfortunately we cannot provide bed linen and towels, you will have to bring it along yourselves.
