The home is located in a multi-cultural, quiet neighborhood, parking on street. This space is for 2 people ONLY. You have exclusive use of the 500 sq. ft. UPSTAIRS apartment with exterior stairs and a Separate Entrance for complete privacy. Comprising of a full bath, bedroom area with a Queen bed & single bed in the living room, office area & kitchenette area. You DO NOT share this space. Absolutely NO air fresheners, strong perfumes, fragrances. We have air conditioning and heating. We are registered with other platforms and have been hosts for 5 years. As many guests have said its " a cozy apartment with a mix of boho and antiques." Due to the STEEP STAIRS this listing is Unsuitable for People with DISABILITIES OR MOBILITY ISSUES. There are snacks, bottled water & cookies. New carpets in the bedroom and kitchen areas. No need for keys, with t7he keypad door lock. The back garden has a privacy fence and chairs, umbrella and a fire pit for guests. Feel free to wander around the front garden that has a mix of flowers and vegetables. Coffee, tea, sugar & half half are provided. NO cable TV, but Local & PBS stations. Wi-Fi i available. No Pets, Guests, NO babies or toddlers or children. 14-17yr olds must be pre=approved and vaccinated. Easy access to Rt. 50 bypass/Rt 13. Minutes from Salisbury University, Downtown, the Zoo and restaurants. Approximately 40 minutes from Ocean City and the beaches.
