Beautiful newly built self contained annexe close to NEC and BHX whilst still being set on the edge of Warwickshire Countryside. Excellent gastro pub within a few minutes walk and train station with free parking within striking distance with regular trains to NEC, Birmingham, Coventry and London. The property has a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine for occasional use. Excellent bathroom facilities and kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Parking is included. Perfectly placed for work or leisure within the West Midlands and Warwickshire. Guests will have full use of the entire annexe and their own private parking space. We are a short drive from NEC and Birmingham International Airport in one direction and only a few miles from Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington Spa in the other. Historic Stratford Upon Avon is around 25 minutes away and the area generally is surrounded by fields and public footpaths for those that enjoy the outdoors. We really are perfectly located for business or leisure Guests can access all parts of the annexe and the private parking space. We live in the main house but are completely separate from the annexe. We both work full time so you’re unlikely to see us much (if at all!) unless needed! We’re a couple of minutes walk to a great pub who serve fantastic food all day. We have open fields to the front of our property and a wealth of public footpaths and green spaces. A couple of miles to the local train station to catch the train to NEC, Birmingham New Street, Coventry or even direct to London. Parking is free at the train station or it’s approx 20-25 min walk from us to the station. We have an excellent local farm shop and restaurant 5 minutes walk that do wonderful quality breakfast and lunches and sell a host of fresh produce. The Rhubarb Room has its own private gravelled driveway which can accommodate one large car. There is an infrequent local bus service to Solihull, Knowle and Coventry but a very regular and convenient train line at Berkswell which offers trains to London, Birmingham, Coventry and NEC. The Rhubarb Room is accessed over our neighbours drive. Visitors to The Rhubarb Room have right of passage across the drive but please DO NOT park on the drive itself. The parking area for the annexe is the gravelled area directly outside the annexe. Thank you!
