A B&B in its original sense and most importantly for you, a place to relax. You will start your day with a freshly cooked breakfast, where we use as much local produce as possible. I bake sourdough bread and cook marmalade and jams from local fruit. This luxurious double room has a smart TV (snuggle up on the sofa to watch) as well as tea/coffee making facility with loose leaf tea, a selection of herbal tea bags and ground coffee for the cafetiere. Bathrobes, hairdryer and iron/board are also provided. You have free access to the WiFi.The private outdoor living space will easily become your favourite place to wind down on balmy summer evenings. A snack bar, a fridge (stocked with soft drinks and fresh milk) and a Nespresso machine are in the hallway. B&B Rafters is just 1 mile off the A34, giving quick and easy access to Abingdon, Oxford, Milton Park and Didcot Parkway railway station. The designer shopping outlet Bicester Village is only a 25-minute drive away. We live on-site and will be around to answer any questions during our normal check-in time 3 - 8 pm. Marcham is a small village with one local pub, serving evening meals Wed - Sat (subject to change). More dining option are a short drive away. A bus stop is just a 2 minute walk from the house, with service to Abingdon and Oxford, once per hour.
