Everything you need for your ideal family of friends holidays! This is a fully equipped two level traditional stone house in the countryside outside just Sitia. The open space on the ground floor includes a living room from where you have access to a big terrace, a dining area (with a fire place), a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom and separate WC; there is also a big balcony that provides a magnificent view. The house is surrounded by terraces, trees and garden! The villa is located in a terrain of 6000 m2 on a hill side, next to the lovely chapel of Agioi Pantes (All Saints), it is surrounded by olive groves and has breathtaking scenery. It is located at about 4 km from the Sitia city centre and it's picturesque port, the sandy beach, the cafés/bars/restaurants, the night life and the market. The airport is located 8 km away and the hospital is 4 km away. This is the best spot to start exploring East Crete so, hiring a car is recommended. Sitia is located almost at the north-east end of Crete, some 150 km from Heraklion. Sitia can be reached: By plane: - either via Athens (directly to Sitia or to Heraklion) or - with charter or scheduled direct flights to Heraklion, operating from April till October from most major cities in Europe. By ferry-boat from Piraeus (the port of Athens) to Heraklion (daily connections).
