kitchen extension space for emergency trunk bed

Space in the extension of the kitchen downstairs. Space is made available in exceptional circumstances for the use of a trunk bed for someone travelling with someone else, but not willing to share the same room. Bathroom/shower are upstairs and shared. PLS NOTE THIS IS NOT TO BE BOOKED FOR A SINGLE PERSON ON A SINGLE STAY. IT IS MEANT AS AN EXTRA BED.
