This is a newly renovated barn conversion where the owners have lovingly created a luxury feel with high-quality fixtures, fittings and appliances throughout. The decor is immaculate, and a sense of light and space prevails. The wood burner is a real treat and will warm up those winter evenings so you can snuggle into the luxurious sofas while sipping on your favourite tipple. The kitchen is also stunning and is in no way a token gesture. A large range oven with gas hob, plenty of work surface, and a dishwasher are all in place so you can create your culinary masterpieces. The bedroom is again spacious and has a deluxe rainfall shower in the en suite. Should you wish to go out, the Star Inn is a 15-minute walk down the hill, or you can venture to Marazion where there is a wide choice of pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops. There are many wonderful beaches nearby and some amazing coastal walks. But the main attraction is obviously the majestic St Michael's Mount with its tidal causeway, which can be glimpsed from the patio doors on a clear day. In addition, Penzance, Lands End, St Ives and the Lizard Peninsula are all within easy reach and ensure you can be as active or lazy as you like. Open plan living/kitchen and dining room, exceedingly spacious with vaulted ceiling and Velux windows, panoramic patio doors, wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen with units and appliances. Further door to the master bedroom with 5' bed and storage and en suite shower room with rainfall shower WC and hand basin. Exterior: Parking space for one car by the property. Private patio and courtyard garden. with table and chairs Facilities & Services Heating is via an underfloor gas central heating system and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is a dishwasher, double range electric oven with a gas hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and a combined fridge/freezer. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital Freeview Smart TV with catch up TV. There is unlimited WiFi available at the property. There is an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the utility room. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included, but you will need to provide your own beach towels. No smoking. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Cornish Billys Barn for the small additional cost of £35 per dog per week. Please note dogs may not be left unattended at the property. Off-road parking is available for one vehicle, although more may be available on-site if agreed with the owner. One babe in arms is permitted. There is a travel cot and high chair available on request. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday. Short breaks are available during quieter periods. £250 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
