Feels like Home! Private 1 Bedroom Apartment with a full kitchen and private entrance in a classic Baltimore row home between the action in funky Hampden and stately Roland Park. Beautiful walking, running and cycling trails a short walk away with quick access to highways and public transportation. Ideal for guests needing a longer stay. Recently renovated to make our guest room COVID Safe by adding a private entrance and full kitchen. Very comfy and updated space for 1 or 2 people especially for longer stays. Full size bed, large comfy couch, access to a shared washer dryer area. Fully stocked with linens, towels, cook and table ware. Beautiful meditation garden styled backyard available for use. Wifi service with Roku TV. Street parking available. SORRY NO DOGS. One inside cat only (with pet deposit). Our guest apartment entrance is located in the back of the house and is accessed through the back alley, through the gate of our enclosed meditation garden and down about 6 steps to the basement level. You can drive your car up the alley for drop off, but is parked on the treelined neighborhood street that runs in front of the house. Walking is encouraged and there are plenty of places to go at The Rotunda, Giant Shopping Center in Hampden. or Roland Park Village. We also make a bike available with a lock that is kept in the backyard for our guests use. The light rail is about a 10 minute walk, and the bus stop is about 50 yards down the street on Falls Rd. I am very welcoming, but I respect your privacy. I want to do everything I can to make your stay at my house comfortable and pleasant. Our neighborhood is sometimes called HAM/ROL because it is right in between the funky Hampden area and the stately Roland Park. It has its benefits because within a short walk in all directions you get all the funk, restaurants and bars from The Avenue and the beautiful green spaces that wind along between Roland Park, Loyola University and Johns Hopkins campuses. Cold Spring Light Rail station Public Bus #27 Uber, Lfyt John Hopkins Shuttle We have central air and heating, great water pressure and nice neighbors! I am quite biased, but I think this area of Baltimore is the best because there is a great diversity of people that include young families, students from nearby Johns Hopkins, working people from the many Baltimore hospitals, retirees and elderly. Our street like many in the Hampden area have beautiful and funky front yard gardens and alleyways that make living here pleasant and interesting to walk and explore.
