Perfect for a quiet, private escape with the addition of a dog paddock next to the hut to exercise your dog with a small woodland area. About the Shepherds Hut "Elderflower" is our beautiful Self Catering Shepherds Hut that provides tasteful, luxurious accommodation with a difference. The Shepherds Hut is tastefully decorated throughout, blending the traditional with contemporary. It boasts electric heating, WiFi, a modern en suite bathroom, with stone tiled shower, toilet and wash basin. It has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe space, sitting area and kitchen with an oven and fridge. There is a TV which allows you to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and the majority of hubs, BBC Iplayer, ITV, Channel 5, U Tube etc. Outside it has a private dog friendly garden with comfortable seating and a modern gas barbecue. In the adjacent paddock there is also a picnic table for guest use where you can exercise your dog. A mile down road is Charlie's Farm shops which sells all their own produce and has a selection of wines! It is ideally situated for those who love the outdoors being just 2 miles from the South Downs Way and its stunning countryside and 20 minutes from the coast and beaches. It is surrounded by many picturesque villages such as Petworth with its abundance of antique shops, Arundel with it's Castle and fine restaurants, and Midhurst which boasts Cowdray Park polo. This beautiful newly converted Shepherds Hut is also ideal for easy access to Goodwood for The Revival and Festival of Speed and also the horse racing, being just 12.5 miles away. Please note: We are now pleased to be able to offer Thatched Cottage Annex as an alternative to the Shepherds Hut or to compliment it if four person accommodation is required. The Annex is located 50metres from the Shepherds Hut, within the grounds of Thatched Cottage. It is also listed on airbnb. Elderflower has its own dedicated parking space accessible through our electric gates. From there proceed through a small paddock and the shepherds hut is situated in its own private garden.
