My lovely grade II listed stone barn conversion has great views of the Churnet Valley is close to family-friendly activities including Alton Towers and is located on the edge of the Peak District. You’ll love the views. The property is perfect for couples and families (with children) and has electric gates. Soft towels and Egyptian cotton bedding are provided plus a very well equipped kitchen. The barn is set in the grounds of my home and shares my lawn/garden but there is plenty of space. A lovely converted grade II listed stone barn located in the quiet village of Foxt in the Staffordshire Moorlands set overlooking the Churnet Valley. The barn is set in private grounds with electric gated entrance and a shared spacious lawn and garden. The property has an open plan living space and three bedrooms one with ensuite. A beautiful bathroom with luxury free standing bath and a wet area shower. The kitchen has everything you need and is well equipped for your stay. The property is in a excellent location for those wishing to visit Alton Towers (less than 10 mins) or explore the Peak District amongst other locations. Please note to the age and style of the property upstairs there are sloping ceilings and also a number of up and down steps to cross the landing so may be unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties. Please see picture. Sorry but no pets allowed. Access to whole of the property and garden I live on site and will meet you on arrival to show you around and answer any questions. I am on hand if needed. Foxt is a quiet little village with a local pub in the village. There are plenty of places to visit in this popular area for tourists. There is parking for 3 vehicles on site. Absolutely no smoking No pets allowed. There are a number of steps upstairs on the landing to accommodate the beams and style of property plus sloping ceilings.
