Nice walk-in shower in bathroom. Safe, quiet neighborhood in cul-de-sac, easy highway access to I-70 or 64/40 for St. Charles and St. Louis areas. Shopping, restaurants, and wineries are a short drive away. Private side entrance with key code access. Coffee or hot water for tea available, filters provided. Kitchen has stove w/oven, m/w, refrigerator, silverware, dishes, mugs, pots and pans, plus many extras. There are toys for children, a large table to eat, play or use as a workspace, and comfortable beds. Private access is available on the left side of our home. Follow the side walk to the entryway and use the keyless code provided to come and go at your convenience. Your space is located down stairs. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer located near the entryway. We will be available by phone or text. In person if we are at home. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways as you enjoy area attractions. Will need a car, several entertainment spots close by...wineries, shopping, playground parks, etc ...all within a short distance. Free parking is available in the cul-de-sac outside our home.
