Vendégház az Evezőhöz

Vendégházunk Szigetszentmiklós üdülőövezeti részén található, Soroksári Duna-ág partján közvetlen a vízparton. A ház kétszintes, az alsó részen előszoba, konyha-étkező, nappali és mellékhelyiség található. A felső szinten van a két külön bejáratú hálószoba és a fürdő. A háznak nagy terasza van, kerti bútor garnitúrával, tűzrakóhellyel. A parton stég is található, vendégeink téritésmentesen használhatják a 4 személyes túrakenut és horgászcsónakot motorral Our guesthouse is located in the resort area of Szigetszentmiklós, at the bank of the Soroksár Danube branch, directly on the waterfront. The house is easily accessible by car, and it's locaterd 15km from the city centre of Budapest, which is about 30min by car. The nearest restaurant is 2km away, a 5min drive. The closest city is Szigetszentmiklós, a 10min drive, where you can find restaurants, shops etc. The house has two floors, the lower part has an entrance hall, kitchen-dining room, living room and restroom. The upper level has two bedrooms with separate entrances and a bathroom/toilet. The house has a large terrace with garden furniture and a sunshade. There is also a firepit in the garden, and a dock for the boating. For our guests we offer a 4-person canoe and a fishing boat with engine, for free. Az egész ház a kerttel a vendégek rendelkezésére áll. A vendégház üdülőövezetben található, gépkocsival a legegyszerűbb a megközelítése. A vendégek számára parkolási lehetőség a házzal szemben van az utcán, ahol 3-4 autó is elfér. A vendégházba rendezvényeket és partikat rendezni tilos!
