Newly remodeled Ocean view townhome steps to the beach. Enjoy sitting on one of the two ocean view balconies. Fully equipped kitchen includes wine & beverage cooler. Upgraded features include free standing soaking tub & walk in showers. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Starbucks on the same block! Use beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and more then wash off at the outdoor shower. Enjoy the vast array of games & puzzles. Easy check in and checkout with pin pad. Onsite parking. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, there is currently daytime only construction across the street and the public parking lot is blocked off. However, there is still beach access on the north sidewalk of parking lot along the black barrier. The good news is it means fewer people at the beach nearest us! : ) So far It has not been an Issue for any of our guests. If you have further questions please reach out.
