This private 2-bedroom cottage is thoughtfully ready for 4 guests, and has many indoor and outdoor spaces for you to enjoy. There is ample parking, the kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials, and bedding/linens/toiletries are provided for you. A cheerful host is present on the property and available only if needed. Come and enjoy time in nature and all the local attractions in Muskoka! You will enjoy a master bedroom with a memory foam mattress topped queen size bed, storage for your things, as well as an HDMI flatscreen with cable. The second bedroom has a double memory foam mattress topped bed, with plenty of storage. The 3 piece bathroom includes all necessary toiletries and the shower has a lovely little window facing the wetlands. There is a large living room space to relax, listen to music, or watch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is also a lovely front Muskoka room with an electric fireplace, for you to relax in, which looks toward the forest. This is a fantastic spot for bird watching; complete with books and binoculars. Your host is on the premises, in a separate dwelling (trailer), and will be available to assist you throughout your stay, only if needed. Situated on Torrance Rd among a large marsh and forested area, you will experience quiet nights with just the sounds of the critters outside. Take yourself on a walk down the road to view the beautiful protected land! You are also a 10 minute walk from the beach (or a very short drive).. so take a dip in lake Muskoka. Bala is less than a 5-minute drive away; go explore all the unique shops and eateries.
