The focal point of the house is the 80 m² large pool room with 21 m² swimming pool and children's pool and large whirlpool. House and pool are heated all year round. 50 m² large activity room with billiards, table tennis and bob etc. 85 m² large living room with wood-burning stove in open connection to the kitchen with all possible facilities. In addition, 40 m² living room with sweeping views of 1 floor. There are 2 large terraces and 6o m² garden with direct access to the lawn where there are swings and sandpit and trampoline for the kids (usage at own risk/insurance). Final cleaning is included in the booking price from XX.XX-20XX. Bookings made prior to this date do not have final cleaning included in the price and must be ordered at the local office.
