This apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. A bed (140x200) and a comfortable sofa bed (140x200) are available. How is the apartment furnished and what are the reasons for this? 1. Location of your apartment In the wonderful old town of Straubing, in a listed building, you will find your exclusive 45 sqm roof studio apartment with exposed roof beams that offer an exceptional ambience. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, you only have 2 other neighbors there, only one direct (below you) and only one opposite (separated by the staircase). The path is free for your undisturbed vacation. Second Entertainment equipment Cable Internet connection with WiFi and cable TV, Full HD flat screen TV with 124 cm screen diagonal with USB and Ethernet connections, Apple TV, a Google Chromecast, an XBox 360 with Kinect and with many games, as well as various DVDs. For bookworms there is a fantastic books antiquarian bookshop right next to the house entrance, books from 1 € are available and the city library is only 300 meters away. Third Comfortable furniture You can relax perfectly on your comfortable L-shaped couch with an opposing ottoman. A secretary with chair and a dining table with another 4 chairs are also available. The whole apartment is lovingly furnished and allows, depending on your wishes, to create a special atmosphere.
