Private, peaceful riverside retreat near Goodwood

Tranquil location with a beautiful riverside garden (SORRY NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AS RIVER UNFENCED), shared with owners of main house. Private entrance and private parking inside gated area. Good country walking on the doorstep. Short walk to Hamilton Arms-highly rated pub/Thai restaurant/takeaway. Two miles from Midhurst, Cowdray Park 5 miles, Petworth Park 9 miles, Goodwood 11 miles, Chichester Theatre 14 miles. Steps to access. Resident dog so pets by agreement only. The studio is a self contained property in our garden, accessed by outdoor steps. It has been recently refurbished with two bedrooms/ bathrooms and a large living/ eating space, with full kitchen facilities. We have parking inside the gates for three cars. This is a rural but not isolated area with one pub in walking distance and others a short drive. Shops are an easy drive or accessible by bus from the end of the lane ( not Sundays). You have the whole studio to yourselves . We are just across the garden or a phone call away if you need anything though. Quiet rural area on River Rother, close to the amenities of Midhurst . Approximately 1/2 mile from A272 so easy access by car. Bus stop on A272. Nearest stations are Liphook and Petersfield; both on London-Portsmouth main line and about 15 minute drive away.
