Inside there is a modern kitchen with space for 10 at the table, a large fridge, large freezer, oven, dishwasher and electric stove. There is a separate private bedroom with bathroom and private garden on the ground floor. A laundryroom with dryer and washer for you to use. On the first floor there are three more spacious bedrooms with views over the pastures, a 60m2 multifunctional open space (meditation, yoga, children's playarea) and bathroom/toilet. On the second floor is a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. We will also leave you an extensive guide on the house and things to do in the area. Beets is an idyllic village centrally located between Hoorn and Purmerend and just 35 minutes away from Amsterdam. In the village is cheeseshop, a swimmingspot and a cafe which also serves simple meals. And three days a week the local bakery delivers bread and pastries to your door. From Beets there are a lot of bike and walking routes. Around Beets are musea, a windmill museum, cheesmarkets, the Markermeer (big lake) with swimming and sailing opportunities, Volendam, Edam and lots of outside activities and beaches just a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute ride from the house. We have four bikes (with 3 childseats) that you can borrow. The express buss from Hoorn to Amsterdam passes Beets, and also stops in Monickendam, Edam and Volendam. There are various restaurants in the area that home deliver during Corona time. From simple snacks, sushi, to fancy meals.
