Lovely waterfront summerhouse by Mälaren shore

Ideal location for a urban and nature trip in the Swedish capital. Located near Stockholm city center (30 minutes drive), the cosy cottage is also accessible with public transportation. 3 minutes walk to the water for a swim. You have your private house with your own kitchen and living room with a nice view, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and your own terrace outside (with Wifi :). In case you come with a car, you have your own parking lot in front of the house. You will enjoy the neighbourhood and it is quiet. It is only 15 minutes walk to a bus station if you want to reach Stockholm. You can also enjoy the area with its beaches, forest, horse fields and golf courses. The natural reserves Korpbergets is 15 minutes walk away. * A bus connection station is at the end of the main road. Connections to: Södertälje centrum and Stockholm City station (Bus 750, 751 and commuter train) 1h20 minutes. * 30 minutes drive from Stockholm city center (E4 highway). You will have access to the whole site. I will be reachable during your whole stay and available on site if needed. What to do in the area : - Several itineries for walks or runs, can be taken along the Mälaren lake or accross the forest, in the Viksäter natural reserve. - There are two golfs in the near area (Viksbergs golfklubb/ Salems golfklubb: 18 holes). - Two beaches are at 3 and 10 minutes walk from the cottage. - Kayaking on the Mälaren. *By public transportations : The house is located 10 minutes drive from Södertälje Centrum train station and can be reached by Bus. *By car : If you are driving to the house, you should take the direction of Viksberg once you are in Södertälje centrum (E4 highway south of Stockholm). The house is located after quite a stiff hill. Therefore if you cannot drive until there you can as well park your car down the hill in the parking lot close to the mailboxes. Bed sheets and towels: You do not need to bring sheets or towels, as the house is equipped. The beds will be made for your arrival, except the sofa bed in case you are more than 3 people, in order to enjoy the living room before the evening.
