Set in a quiet village close to Oxford just off the M40 junction 8, Holton has easy access to the city centre. Garden Cottage is set in 5 acres with plenty of safe parking. All rooms have their own 'front door' and all are en suite with 4 king sized rooms and a twin to choose from. Guests can sit outside in the garden and watch the abundant wildlife encouraged by the owner. Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7.30. Garden Cottage is a peaceful oasis after a days travelling. Helen, the owner, lives in the main house and is generally on hand at all times. with several local eateries from Le Manoir to the local pub (walking distance) Garden Cottage is perfect for those who wish to travel to The Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Oxford City and the Universities and for those travelling by foot or pedal power there are many walks including the Ridgeway and The Oxfordshire Way. Public transport is exceptional with a great Park and Ride 1 mile away or the local bus service into town every 25 minutes. Trains from Oxford or Haddenham into London are easily accessible. Some beautiful countryside with the RSPB Otmoor Reserve nearby makes Garden Cottage perfect for walking and cycling.
