My apartment is 10min from the city center and is 5 min from the closest food and liquor store. 10min from the beautiful and calm parks in the town too. A perfect place for travelers who love to ride or take long walks. [The price is negotiable if you want to rent the whole apartment.] My apartment sits on 53square meters of which my guests can use 43 of. I can offer my living room since am almost never home, am always working. Everything is accessible apart from my BEDROOM. The bedroom is accessible for a higher price. I am a social person and I can show the guests around town If they want to. 5minutes to the liquor store 5 minutes to the nearest swimming and bowling center. 10 minutes to Food stores 10minutes away from town. 20minutes by foot from the train station. 10min walk to the beautiful parks. Outside sms parking near the house. 1 min to the garbage center. 3 minutes to a football field. The taxi fee here is very cheap but you could take yourself around by foot or bicycle. You are only renting part of the apartment and I shall be sleeping home most of the nights. You can rent the entire apartment bedroom inclusive but the price differs(negotiable).
