This is a new apartment extension (January 2019) with 2 large double bedrooms , both with double shower en-suite, a large lounge area, fully fitted kitchen. Presented to a very high standard, befitting a 4* aparthotel to offer you a home from home. Meet BUDDY my Husky- so friendly and inquisitive with a cheeky sense of humour. Can be made available for hello’s and garden play, or kept at distance if you prefer !!! NOTE this property is cleaned in accordance with COVID -19 guidelines every stay Guests can enjoy all spaces shown in the photographs. To the rear is a small courtyard and garden space that is open for use (shared with my own house) Shared garden is available and shared parking to the front of the main property Access to the Long Hall is from the front of the main property, via a side gate to access the garden boundary path and then by private rear entrance to the self contained apartment Self checkin is available I’m around every evening during the week, and during the weekends . Happy to chat and show you places to go, and provide any assistance during your stay Buddy the Husky is always happy to say hi, see photo’s About 1 mile from the Derbyshire Peak District countryside, with the many walks and attractions Situated within a housing estate, but with a huge green area with open access to the front of the main house. The Long Hall is link attached to the main house (see photo) and with a shop and excellent Chinese takeaway within 50 yards Chesterfield town is around 2 miles also, 10 minutes by car. There you’ll find shopping, the extensive markets, crooked spire, numerous excellent bars and restaurants Car parking is to the front of the property Car is the quickest way to get around, but local buses are frequent to chesterfield town, Matlock, Sheffield etc Chesterfield train station is 2 miles away approx Ultra high speed Wi-Fi is included as well as a full Virgin Media TV with full movie pack and full SKY Sports pack, for your enjoyment Complimentary Milk and butter are in the fridge, and a selection of cereals, bread and jams to make your first morning easier For guests who bring their dogs, please respect my rule that dogs are NOT allowed in the bedrooms.
