We offer a completely new and brightly furnished apartment, for 4 persons + 1Kleinkind, in a quiet location (no through road) in the middle of the beautiful Ore Mountains. The apartment is located in Grünhainichen OT Borstendorf near Augustusburg, Marienberg, Zschopau and Chemnitz. The approximately 60sqm apartment in modern country style has a modern bathroom, cozy living room with open kitchen and storage room and a bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen consists of stove with oven and ceramic hob, circulating hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Kitchen utensils, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, toilet paper and soap are provided. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available. For children, we offer a small play area with toys of all ages, high chair, baby rocker, children's crockery, Breizostwärmer, baby bath or bath tub and a travel cot. A bicycle trailer or child seat can be rented for 5, - / day. Washing machine available. (4, - € / wash) A parking space is available in front of the house and a charcoal grill may be used. A small terrace in front of the Ferienwhg invites you for breakfast or for relaxing with a glass of wine. The passive house with the integrated Ferienwhg (2017 completed) meets the latest energy requirements and is powered by solar energy and a gas boiler by means of underfloor heating. The controlled ventilation of the living area ensures a pleasant room climate through effective air exchange. In the garden especially the children can expect a small highlight, our lovingly built and furnished tree house with slide, plate swing and bridge. Our cat Coco and our two rabbits Hopsi and Schnüffel invite you to pet. On the 50m distant football field you want to let off steam in football, handball or table tennis. In the summer you can cool off in our beautiful outdoor pool, which can be reached in about 250 m. In winter, many trails and ski areas, eg. "Rost's meadows" Augustusburg about 10 minutes or in about an hour's drive away Oberwiesental, for skiing. In the vicinity there are also some small ski lifts. A bakery and butchers and "Oehmes inn" are in the village and are all about 300 meters away. Larger shops such as Edeka, Netto and Penny can be found in the next larger town Eppendorf. There is also a gas station and several ATMs. Many attractions such as Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz, Annaberg, Schwarzenberg and the toy village Seiffen are located in 10 minutes - 1 hour by car. Almost everything you expect on holiday, you can find us and we try to make some things possible.
