No washing machine or dw. Access to the Lincolnshire Wolds, Derbyshire Dales and Yorkshire Dales. Brigg is local market town ca 5 miles with range of shops, pubs and shops. Market Thursday and Saturday. Farmers' market last Saturday of month. Public transport is VERY limited.
