The mattress is very comfortable. The apartment has a living area, gallery kitchen, and bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. Off the apartment is a 200 square foot deck, raised with a beautiful view of the trees and the Leyden hills beyond. The deck is private. A 3rd guest can be accommodated for $25 per night. We provide a queen air mattress, linens and extra towels. Guest access Our apartment is self contained. It has its own entrance, and its own deck for your private use. The apartment is adjacent to our house, but the view from each deck does not look out at the other deck. Other things to note Hickory Hill Treetop Apartment is owned by the proprietors of Hickory Hills Pet Resort. The apartment sits well back from the facility. During the day there will be occasional noise from barking dogs.
