In addition to Rome, you can go to Pompeii, visit all the nice mountain towns north of Rome "Castelli romani" and to the south at the edge of the Abruzzi. The house is built with its back to the mountain, and from the terraces and from the garden there is a huge view of the Mediterranean over the lush vineyards and olive groves. The house is 130 m2. Large dining kitchen with fireplace and dishwasher, large living room and 3 good bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Beautiful marble bathroom with star ceiling. Extra option for 2 turn-out beds, so 8 people can stay in the house in each room. From the dining kitchen you go out into a patio where you can clean the vegetables outdoors under running water and still be in contact with those in the kitchen. The courtyard is cozy with its Roman yellow walls and a small cave from Roman times carved into the rock. There are 2 magnificent terraces with weber barbecue. One with sun, and the other of 25 m2 is under the shady leaves of the vines. Both with a sumptuous view of the Mediterranean. Even higher above the roofs of the city is the garden with stunning panoramic views. TV, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker…
