The Kingfisher caravan - 20 acres of private land

The Kingfisher is a classic mobile home situated in over 20 acres of private Sussex countryside and offers the ideal escape for a relaxing break. The farm offers woodland walks, duckponds, and ornate gardens for you to explore, all full of wildlife. Go for a walk with the goats or the ponies or enjoy a night star gazing around the firepit and BBQ provided. The caravan is old in years but well looked after and fully equipped. Situated just outside the village of Hooe, Kingfisher offers a secluded setting from which to enjoy the many countryside walks, local pubs, and attractions. Within 15 minutes are Cooden Beach, Battle Abbey, Herstmonceux Castle, Sovereign Harbour, and many more points of interest. The immediate garden has seating, a log-burner, and BBQ, and fire pits are dotted around the woodland and fields for you to enjoy. The caravan has a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a shower and a separate toilet (on the mains). The TV offers freeview and there is a DVD player. Please note to ensure a real escape wi-fi is not provided. The farm is only accessible to guests at Kingfisher and The Loft (the second rental at the farm). Kingfisher is a couple of hundred meters from the farmhouse, and we'll be happy to meet and greet you upon arrival to show you around or can leave keys in a key safe if you would prefer contact-free access. Nestled in the Sussex Countryside, the Loft is short country walk from several award-winning pubs. There is a country store and coffee shop 5 minutes up the road. The closest towns are Battle and Bexhill. To get the most from the area, it helps to have a car. There are plenty of beautiful walks directly from the farm.
