La Fournial Gite is set in the heart of the Correzien countryside in the small village of Saint -Julien -le- Perelin, close to the town of Argentat in the Limousin France. We would like to welcome you to our idyllic property which has been totally renovated to a very high standard for your comfort & to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. The gite has two bedrooms one double and one twin, a large open plan kitchen and living room with TV and wifi, two shower rooms. Outside there is a lovely large garden & a private terrace for barbecues & outdoor entertaining. Discover this wonderful unspoilt area of France from the comfort of this delightful little cottage. La Fournial is situated in a small village surrounded by woods and meadows and is found in the centre of the village providing a tranquil base from which to explore. From the garden there is an amazing view right across the valleys to part of the Masif Central. Relaxing drives take you along rivers to beautiful little villages & picturesque market towns, lakes with swimming & beaches or the ancient Cities of Tulle Aurillac and Brive, as well as the Lot and Dordogne valleys. This pretty little self contained cottage and garden allow you to experience the quiet and peaceful setting of the Correze. We are also situated on part of the pilgrim trail on the edge of the Auvergne. A perfect base for a holiday in France. Exploring the Countryside: There are local swimming lakes not too far away with beaches and small restaurants/snack bars. Short walks can be taken within the area of the property and there are plenty of longer walks or cycle rides around the locality.
