2 houses for 12 friends 2 hot tubs nr. Harrogate

we would love you to come and stay with your friends we have to propeties next to each other that will sleep 12 in total, 2 wood burning hot tubs, (a sauna cabin & indoor heated pool use of) by reservation board in games room , indoor games room, bbq hut, local village pub 5 mins walk, all bedrooms can be twins or doubles, local to harrogate -york-ripon- knaresborough, family , friends, school reunions welcome, and hen weekends.....ample free parking we have 2 properties on our farm each sleep 6 , twin or double rooms, large gardens with out door furniture and bbq, each property has its own hot tub,.. shared pool, sauna, games room and pizza oven wood for oven extra, vintage farm items on site, also two shepherds huts each sleeping 2 to rent so can accommodate partys of 16.....hope to see you soon.... each house has its own hot tub, the pool sauna pizza oven and games room are available for all guests we live on the farm so are available if you need any help small village with a pub, close to harrogate and york ideal base to explore north yorkshire, nice local town 10 mins drive Boroughbridge, all independant shops close to junction 48 on A1 station in Knaresborough with trains to Harrogate York and leeds may be some animal or machinery noise as working farm, we try to keep to minimum while guests here
