Located in the heart of the convenient village of Mountsorrel, tucked away in a quiet, private driveway set back off the road. Modern semi detached property offers a spacious, comfortable, double room with separate dressing area and en suite shower room it makes a great base to explore the lovely Leicestershire area. Liz, the host will warmly welcome you into her home and gladly help and advise on places to see and things to do to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This is offered as room only however, tea and coffee will be provided, clean bedding, bath and hand towels, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, cotton wool, toilet roll, tissues, bath available on request. No pets allowed although there are 2 family dogs in the property, no smoking, no parties or entertaining. This is a room only property with tea and coffee making facilities. There is a cafe at the end of the drive which serves lovely breakfasts and lunches. I will always be available by phone for advice or anything that needs sorting. Entry via key safe so come and go at leisure. There are 3 cafes in the village, 2 great pubs both serving excellent food, micro brewery serving unique ales and beers, Michelin star restaurant, fabulous Indian restaurant. Beautiful riverside walks and Leicestershire Round walk on the doorstep. Also yoga studio and Leisure Centre with pool all within a 5/10 min walk away. The Soar river is a 2 min walk away with footpaths, pub and fishing. Boats can be hired from Barrow upon Soar which is a half an hour walk away or 10 min drive. There are bus stops right outside the property giving easy access to Loughborough market town (4 miles) or Leicester (5 miles) offering great shopping in Highcross or experience the Richard III exhibition. The Great Central Railway is a 10 minute drive in the next village of Rothley or Quorn in the other direction which is a great way to spend a day.
