The Knox

A new build single story, 'L' shaped private dwelling with 2 banks of 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a large pond in a secluded sunny courtyard. Suitable for 4 adults, unfortunately not suitable for children under 10 years or people with mobility issues and there is not enough access for a wheelchair. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped with most items. Within hundreds of acres of mature woods for walkers and nature lovers. 5 minutes from Snape and Orford. It is a single story bungalow equipped to a high standard with a lot of amenities. Those The Knox is on one level it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It’s also not accessible by a wheelchair. The entire bungalow and separate courtyard with pond and BBQ area with space for up to 2 cars. I am close by but leave my guests to themselves unless you require me. I am happy to be contacted at any time. A friendly quiet neighbourhood just outside the small village Orford which is very historical with a castle and a quay. Central to Heritage Coast in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Not far from Aldeburgh, Southwold, Snape Maltings and Woodbridge. Limited public transport but there is a very good local taxi. Nearest rail link approximately 6 miles away. We have a designated BBQ area. Please either bring your own charcoal or we can provide easy light bags for a small charge. We only allow the people staying in The Knox to use the Knox. The Knox is for accommodation for those who are staying and not a venue for others people.
