Ascot/sunningdale 3 bedroom 19th c character house

A delightful, character 19th c house, recently modernised situated in the heart of rural Berkshire. The house is 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport,45 minutes from Gatwick and close to the M3 and M4. A stones throw from world famous golf courses Wentworth and Sunningdale and 2 minutes from The Royal Ascot race course. There are 3 good size bedrooms with 1 x 6' bed 1 x 5' bed and 1 x 4 'bed all with 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen and large bath towels. ALL the modern conveniences one could need. In summer I have a fantastic outdoor marble (yes Marble) patio with gas BBQ and heated dining area and in winter the dining room has great character. The house is tastefully furnished with fine antique and modern furniture . There are 2 separate SKY TV systems, 4 TV's , DVD, good wi -fi, and basically everything one could want or need. My guests can use all the facilities in the house. My house is your house! I will be staying locally encase there are any problems Sunninghill is a very community based village. The shops are walking distance and it is very quiet at night. About 1 mile from Ascot or Sunningdale Station from where there is a regular service to London, but a car is preferable but not essential. The master bedroom has super kingsize bed (6 feet wide)
