Heart of the village, beautifully renovated house

Pretty house in the heart of the village, facing south, comfortable interior and very bright summer and winter. Renovation 2018. The house is located in our garden but is completely independent, with a private garden with flowers and trees. Babies welcome. You will also test the famous Tediber mattresses ... :-) The house has 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with 3 beds in all: two kign size bed (140cm and 160cm) and 1 single bed. If necessary, we can still add an extra bed for a child for example, and a baby cot. The bathroom is on the ground floor with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine available. The living room opens with a French window onto the terrace and the garden. In your garden, a former henhouse is home to 3 beautiful hens that will be a joy to prepare your breakfast :-) (and promised, no rooster ;-)) CARREFUL: We have a dog! She does not access the private garden of the house, but she goes in our garden. She is very nice but still young. If you are not comfortable with dogs, just tell us to put it in our house when you arrive :-) You have access to the entire house and enclosed garden in front of the house. We are usually present and available to welcome you because the house is located in our garden. However we attach importance to your tranquility, we will remain very discreet. The village of Aunay-sous-Auneau is separated from Auneau by a forest (accessible on foot from the house). The house is located in the heart of the village, in the pretty street of the church which is the oldest part of Aunay, but you will have a view of the hilly fields behind the village. You can park right in front of the property on a lawn by the side of the road. Auneau Train Station is a 3-minute drive from the house. The Rambouillet station is about 25 minutes away.
