Quiet double room in Yateley

Large double room in comfy family house set on the edge of Yateley backing on to Blackbushe Airport. 3.7 miles to M3 exit and 4.4 miles to Fleet railway station with frequent train service to London and the south west. Supermarket, chemist and newsagents within 5 minute walking distance. Free tea and coffee and breakfast by request (£5 extra). Suitable for singles or couples on business or holiday. Are three of you travelling together? Your room and bathroom are for your sole use. Drawer and cupboard space are provided along with coat hangers, a hairdryer and a radio. The WiFi password will be made available to you on arrival. Towels and bedding are provided. For longer stays linen will be changed on request. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in your room. Parking is available on the driveway and I share my house with a lodger so please be aware that you will be sharing the driveway space. I’m more than happy for you to use the kitchen, the lounge and the outside area. Cooking facilities are available though I would ask that you leave everything tidy and as you found it. Also, just to let you know, I have two elderly cats, Travis and Tyla who most of the time they are tucked away, sleeping. I will respect your privacy but please feel free to chat if you need any help with anything. The house is on an estate on the southern edge of Yateley and backs on to Yateley Common and Blackbushe Airport. It’s a quiet area but it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Waitrose supermarket and a small Boots the Chemist. There is a bus stop near the local shops running between Yateley and Camberley every 15 minutes. The nearest train station is Fleet though Farnborough is not much further and has better parking facilities. These two stations serve the South West Waterloo line. The M3 motorway is about 10mins from Yateley. I have two cats (Travis and Tyla) who lurk around at feeding time. They shouldn’t bother you as they are both quite shy.
